Ninder began his career in business with the setting up of a record company that to date is the only British Asian label to have registered no.5 in the UK charts, 9 number 1 chart positions in Europe and a number 7 in the US charts. In addition to his music interests, Ninder operates a creative company that specialises in communication and events. His voluntary roles include President of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, Board member of the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership and a Board member of the National Asian Business Association. He has a keen interest in education and skills operating as a governor in both schools and colleges. He still performs regularly with his bhangra band Achanak.
