If you prepared a meal using the finest ingredients, the freshest produce and under the guidance of a Michelin Starred chef, you would have to work really hard or be a complete tool to produce a disaster.
Well imagine your ingredients are Birmingham as host city, Edgbaston Stadium as a venue, Ninder Johal as the creative force, Tommy Sandhu as the host and NEC CEO Dr Paul Thandi as the keynote speaker. Throw in to the mix Johal Caterers and Cobra beer at the drinks reception, with all this, you can expect magic. And it was indeed a magical night.
